‘Together we can do great things’.
That’s the quote on a brand new mural painted by the community, outside Kawana Waters Police Station and the Kawana Sports Precinct.
Police officers worked with Sunshine Coast PCYC, Sunshine Coast Council, Kawana Sports Precinct, and students from Kawana Waters State College to transform the plain brick wall into a bright artwork.

Local police, parents and students from KWSC years 5 to 12, and local artist Sarah Sculley, came together at the weekend to paint and stencil the wall.
Ms Sculley from Sculley Design was the mastermind behind the design, the themes of which were chosen by the students to represent the local area include school, surf, sport, police and stadium events.
