Police are appealing for public help to locate a 26-year-old man reported missing from Morayfield.
Jacob Smith was last seen at a home on Graham Road around 10.48am last Thursday.
He’s described as approximately 187cm tall, blue eyes, slim build with dark brown curly hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing seen wearing black tracksuit pants, white & black adidas sneakers and a blue & grey checked flannel jacket.
Family and police have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions and he hasn’t had contact with family or friends which is out of character.
Police are appealing to for Jacob, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
