Investigators are at the scene of a house fire at Woolooga, north-west of Gympie, where a woman died overnight.
The woman, believed to be in her 50s, was found dead in the house after firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Investigations to confirm the identify of the woman and to establish the cause of the fire are ongoing.

Five urban crews, two rural crews and a specialty vehicle were at the fire which started just before midnight.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said the house collapsed at 1.10am and the fire was extinguished by 3.45am
A crime scene has been declared and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
