Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 14-year-old girl missing from Deception Bay.
The girl was last seen Saturday, September 14, at a Cathcart Street residence around 11am.
Police and family have serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age and health reasons.

She is described as caucasian, approximately 170cm tall with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone who has seen her is urged to immediately contact police.
