Police have started a murder investigation after a 57-year-old man was found dead at his Warana home.
Zdravko Bilic was found dead in the front yard of his Napalle Street home around 7.36pm on Monday with two stab wounds to his stomach.
Detective Inspector Chris Toohey said police are exploring a number of lines of enquiry, including that the home owner may have disturbed an attempted break-in.

He said the stabbing is likely to have happened between late on Sunday night and Monday night.
He is urging anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of the area during this time to contact police.
