A fire’s broken out in a commercial building at Sippy Downs.
The Queensland Fire Department was called to reports of a structure fire on Chancellor Village Blvd, shortly before midday on Thursday.
The building was evacuated, with all occupants reportedly accounted for.

At 1.15pm, a QFD spokesperson says the fire had been contained and firefighters are working to completely extinguish it. Six fire crews were on scene, with a seventh on the way.
A large amount of smoke is drifting over the Sunshine Motorway. Motorists are being told to drive with caution and to the conditions.
Nearby residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medications close by if required.
