A motorbike rider has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition, after colliding head-on with a car at Coolum Beach.
The crash happened at the corner of Central Avenue and Yandina Coolum Road around 7.30pm on Sunday.
One man was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with head injuries and suspected fractures.

The driver of the car, a 17-year-old girl, wasn’t physically injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
