A 56-year-old Rosemount Man has been charged in relation to a fatal crash in Banya earlier this year.
The incident happened on January 8, when a truck struck multiple cars at an intersection on Great Keppel Way.
A three-year-old girl was flown to hospital in Brisbane for treatment, but died the following day.

Police have now charged the truck driver with one count of driving a motor vehicle while relevant drug is present.
He is set to face Caloundra Magistrates Court on April 23.
