Live music lovers rejoice – a popular festival has announced its first ever stop on the Sunshine Coast.
Groovin The Moo is coming to Kawana Sports Western Precinct on April 30.
Co-promoter Steve Halpin says they’re bringing it to the region for the first time, due to high demand.
“We’ve had a lot of requests to come to the Sunshine Coast for Groovin the Moo and we just haven’t been able to fit it in, but we had an opportunity to do it this year so we decided to go for it.”
The lineup won’t be out for another couple of weeks, but Mr Halpin has given us a clue.
“We’ve got a lot of big names, we’ve got more international than we’ve ever have before, but if you listen to our announcement video on all our socials, there might be a hint on the soundtrack of that, but that’s all I can say at this stage.”
The lineup will be announced on Wednesday February 1, and tickets will go on sale the following Tuesday, February 7.
