Two Chinese backpackers have been found dead in their car in a flooded creek at Kilkivan west of Gympie.
The car the 26 year-old man and 23 year-old woman were in was found in the creek on Kilkivan-Tansey Road near McArthur Road late yesterday.
The backpackers were on their way from Brisbane to the North Burnett to go fruit picking.

Police investigations are continuing.
