A man has been brought back to the mainland after suffering chest pain on a boat off K’gari.
Emergency services received a distress call from the man on a private boat about 18 kilometres off Inskip Point at 8.50 last night.
However, poor weather conditions meant they couldn’t reach him until 6 o’clock this morning.

A police boat and paramedics brought the man to shore.
