The Haymakers Bush Dance @ the Nambour Bowls Club
Want a great way to get in some live music, exercise and a load of fun all at the same time?
Come and join us on the 2nd of June at the Nambour Bowls Club with The Haymakers Bush Band for a Bush Dance!
If you’ve never been to a bush dance before, fear not. Bob, our fantastic dance caller has been calling dances for years, so he’ll walk you through the steps before we put them to music.
Even if your circumstances prevent you from dancing, you can come along to listen to the music and watch us put the others through their paces! You’ll still have a laugh.
The dance is family-friendly and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. There will be seated tables to take a rest between dances if you need to and a licensed bar and you’re welcome to bring your own snacks. (There’s no food sold here.)
Wear shoes with a bit of grip but not too much – comfy sneakers are perfect. This is not the event for strappy sandals, high heels or pluggers.
Tickets are $10 cash at the door.
