Soup + Soul Exhibition & Art Market

The Sunshine Coast Art Group is inviting the community to warm up this winter at its much-loved annual Soup + Soul – Exhibition & Art Market on Saturday 18 July from 9am–2pm at the SCArt Studios, Buderim.

This year’s event is especially significant as the community art group celebrates 60 years of creativity on the Sunshine Coast.

The free community event combines art, food and live entertainment, showcasing the work of local artists and makers.

Visitors can purchase a handmade ceramic bowl created by local artisans and enjoy it filled with homemade soup and bread – all for just $20.  A range of locally made arts and crafts including pottery, paintings, jewellery, sculpture and textiles will also be available – all at affordable prices.

This event is a wonderful way to support local creatives while enjoying a relaxed winter day out.

Live music, art demonstrations, face painting, sweet treats and a coffee van will add to the festive atmosphere.
