Showdown ShowFest

Showdown Showfest is a celebration of the film and TV industry on the Sunshine Coast.

We have two nights of Film fest fun!

Friday June 21:

Lights, Camera, Lunch! At Bella Venezia, Mooloolaba – film set stories with Hello Sunshine’s John Caruso, Showdown’s Jon Coghill, Dan Munday and Showdown winner, Emma Morgan. Noon- 3pm

Pacific Islands Filmfest – Island theme, Island style, Music, film and fun. Award-winning short films curated by Film Fiji and celebrating Pacific Islands filmmaking and culture. 6pm – 10pm, The Station, Birtinya.

Saturday June 22:

Showdown Showcase – Red carpet celebration. Dress Code: Sunshine Coast formal. Awards and fun. Premiering six locally-made award-winning films by the Sunny Coast Showdown + Chris Sun’s ‘Loophole.’  6pm – 10pm, The Station, Birtinya.
