With the opportunity for Q&As after the film, the event will close at 8.30pm. ‘Live the life you please’ is a moving film that will change the way you think about the last chapter of life. It aims to improve awareness about palliative care and other related health care services for all Australians and to help start the important conversations about ‘living the life you please’ until the very end. August hosts the Australia-wide ‘Dying to Know Day’ campaign – Dying to Know Day aims to empower all Australians to be strong self-advocates for their own personal planning when it comes to their future. Adults at all stages of life are encouraged to attend one of the many D2KD events, to improve their knowledge around choices for their end of life.
