❤️ ZENON’S CAN DRIVE – ONE LITTLE BOY, ONE VERY BIG HEART! ❤️
Meet Zenon, an incredible 8-year-old boy from the Sunshine Coast who is on a mission to make Christmas a little brighter for 3 local families affected by cancer.
It all started when Zenon wanted to help his big brother Kyle, his partner Chloe and their three young boys while Chloe undergoes chemotherapy for Stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer, with surgery approaching.
But Zenon’s little mission soon grew much bigger.
❤️ Family 1: Three boys aged 14 months, 10 and 12, whose mum is undergoing chemotherapy- the red devil and surgery is booked in for early December.
💔 Family 2: Three children aged 7, 10 and 12 who have recently lost their beautiful mum to cancer.
❤️ Family 3: A terminally ill single mother with a 9-year-old daughter.
That’s 3 families and 7 children Zenon is determined to help this Christmas.
Zenon has been spending his afternoons, weekends and school holidays collecting eligible cans and bottles worth just 10 cents each, hoping to ease the financial pressure on these families and bring some happiness on Christmas morning.
His message is simple:
“I’m only 8. I can’t cure cancer, but I can help families facing it.”
And as Zenon always says, “Kindness is always the answer.”
