Showdown Showcase – A Celebration of Local Short Film

Join us at The J for the premiere of Showdown Showcase, a curated cinema event featuring some of the Sunshine Coast’s most compelling short films. Films created right here on the Coast by Sunshine Coast artists. Presented in two 45-minute screening blocks, this fundraising evening brings together narrative, documentary and genre shorts created through Sunny Coast Showdown and our regional screen programs.

More than just a screening, Showdown Showcase supports the next generation of filmmakers, with all proceeds assisting students to attend the upcoming Screen Cadetships in April and July.
