Wild HeART Student Art Prize – Finalists’ Exhibition Trail

This summer, Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden comes alive with the Wild HeART Student Art Prize Finalists’ Exhibition Trail, featuring 22 vibrant outdoor artworks created by local children and young people aged 5 to 18.

Wander the garden paths and discover larger-than-life depictions of native wildlife, from whale sharks and bandicoots to butterflies and birds, celebrating young artists’ love of nature.

Visitors can also vote for their favourite piece in the People’s Choice Award, announced 21 January. The exhibition is open daily during daylight hours until 6 February 2026, with artworks accessible via gravel and sealed paths and open lawn areas.
