A 21 year-old woman has died after being struck by lightning in Cooroy.
The woman was hit by lightning at the Cooroy Sports Complex around 5.25 yesterday afternoon.
She was taken to Nambour Hospital in a critical condition but died from her injuries.

Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
